Nancy J. Dennis
Co-Founder & Principal
Nancy knows financial services branding and marketing forwards and backwards…and even sideways…from strategic marketing planning to communications system design to media production.
For the past 25 years she has served the financial services community as a strategic marketing consultant—overseeing client branding initiatives, creating sales presentations and materials, and developing cutting-edge websites and web-based financial tools.
Nancy was a Principal and Managing Partner of Capital Vectors International—a New York-based marketing firm that was a leading innovator in financial marketing communications and the predecessor company of IQ Financial Marketing. For over a decade at Capital Vectors, she spearheaded projects for all of the firm’s largest accounts—prominent financial services companies as well as the employee benefits division of AT&T. Nancy also headed the firm’s international operations in Warsaw, Poland.
Early in her career, Nancy served as an Account Executive for Integrated Resources as well as for the leading advertising agency, BBDO, where she worked on a range of Fortune 500 and international accounts.

Michael H. Greenstein
Co-Founder & Principal
Michael swings back and forth many times a day between his key personas: creative guru and resident nerd. In these dual capacities, he creates branding and marketing concepts, sales materials, presentations, and web-based advisory tools for IQ’s clients—often for rather esoteric financial products.
Michael was a long-time Principal of Capital Vectors International, the predecessor company of IQ Financial Marketing. He helped turn CVI into an innovative force in marketing communications consulting and execution for the financial services community. As the firm’s creative director and lead strategic marketing consultant, he worked with many of the nation’s best-known financial services firms—branding their products and implementing their marketing in all media.
Earlier in his career, Michael was an attorney, specializing in the protection of intellectual property. He then switched to creating intellectual property by joining, international advertising agency SSC&B/Lintas, where he developed marketing campaigns, ads and commercials for technical products and financial services companies.
