The client was well-established in bringing together real estate borrowers and lenders. But it was now going to make its loan transactions available to a wider range of investors in a fund format.

New Marketing Approach  

The client had been using a superficial marketing piece featuring large photos and statements that were meant to grab attention, but were not relevant. We essentially started over and created a piece that tells their story in a more substantive and compelling way.

Making Things Visual and Clear  

We used a fair amount of photography to visually impart the quality of the underlying real estate and we introduced a range of diagrams and charts to convey important information and concepts.
